Flat standard shipping rates within New Zealand:
Standard Delivery $6.90
Rural Standard Delivery $10.95
We aim to dispatch your fluff mail within 1-2 business days, on overnight service. If you simply cannot wait for your fluff mail, please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help out.
Tracking information on all orders will be sent automatically once dispatched. Sometimes the notifications go to spam, please also check there.
Flat Rate shipping of $15.00 for economy post - arriving 7-10 business days. Tracking information will be automatically sent once dispatched.
Express service via DHL direct discounted live prices at checkout
We are able to ship worldwide and have a standard price of $25 up to 2kg. Please get in touch if you wish to place a bigger order.
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but in the unlikely event it does not meet your expectation we will gladly issue a replacement or exchange within 14 days, providing it meets our return conditions. Simply get in touch at email@example.com. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days of receipt of item to the original payment method on purchase. Original Shipping costs will be deducted.
To be eligible for a return please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it in, item is unwashed, unworn and in the original undamaged packaging with any tags attached. Any items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted.
If you simply want to exchange an item please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist.
Things to note
If you wish to return or exchange an item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless of course it is our error with the order. All sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Please take care when placing an order as it cannot be cancelled, the returns process will have to be followed.
The customer is held responsible to determine whether the product is fit for use.
We do not recommend any additional implements being installed to our nappies such as, but not limited to, safety pins, hooks, sewing pins. We cannot accept any liability from any damage caused and will invalidate any warranty.
Please thoroughly check over nappy on receipt, take inserts out and separate prior to initial wash.
Any products used such as bleach, vinegar or any other house-hold product not specified in our wash routine will not be accepted for a return, and we cannot accept any liability should the item become damaged or discoloured as a result.
